Samara is more compliant and trusting, while Sinéad will scrutinize and question to make sure everything is to her liking. Samara is quiet, pensive and gentle while Sinéad is outspoken and fiery. The gold bangles they wear are solid, while the helmet is gold-plated steel. Goes by any pronoun you like and will respond to all of them 'it' and 'they' are the most accurate though. They wear gloves to keep all those little hand bones in place. Zol replaces missing ones with gold teeth, or other animals'. These teeth are prone to falling out, with no gums to hold them in their sockets. Top and bottom jaw both have four front teeth, two canines, and four sharp molars. Skull is more or less canine, I kinda just winged it. Protecting Termina from this new force that threatens it means protecting Ikana too, after all. Zol took up their new role as royal guard and vowed their own personal quest - with all their power, purge the remnants of the Garo from Ikana's soil and make the land safe for Ikanians once again.īut now, summoned by the Great Fairy of Power for a quest much greater than just Ikana, Zol is as committed to her and her orders as they are to the king. The other regions of Termina had cut all ties with Ikana long ago and moved on. Zol wandered with their party of soldiers, mindless and undead, for an untold number of years before the evil within Stone Tower Temple was exorcised and the kingdom released from its grips. Yet, before they could return to Ikana Canyon the doors of Stone Tower were thrown open and the kingdom inflicted with the curse that remains on it to this day. When the war seemed to be coming to a close Zol was called away from the battlefield at the request of the king himself, to become one of his personal guards. Zol found their way many times to the front lines at the kingdom's borders, and their exploits in battle - their ruthlessness and kill count - didn't go unnoticed. Zol lived in the flourishing ancient kingdom of Ikana, and when a foreign power started to invade they were fast to take up arms to protect their home. Native to Ikana Canyon, born and raised to be a warrior. When the curse was first laid over Ikana it warped Zol the loyal dog of the king still hasn't quite come out of that single-mindedness they were left with when everything they were was replaced by a mindless monster. Garo beware if you are ever unfortunate enough to cross this Stalfos' path. Stupidity and disrespect Zol has no patience for expect a swift shut-down and Zol walking away, at the best.Īnd being Garo is all but unforgivable. Trespassing in forbidden grounds in Ikana - the Stone Tower and the castle - will make an instant and permanent enemy out of Zol, something that will take tremendous effort to undo. They hold a grudge like no other and will act on it too if the chance arises. If they had a life to give they would lay it down eagerly for the king and kingdom, and in some ways already have.Ĭrossing Zol is easy, and the repercussions are long lasting. Zol is the loyal guard of the king and defines themself in many ways by this. They can be very protective and loyal to the people they are invested in.Įspecially to the Ikanian king. Though if one is on Zol's good side, Zol will humor naivete and go along with mischief to an extent. Stoic, reserved, low on patience and perhaps a bit aloof.
